Please, note the following while applying power semiconductor devices of different manufacturers:
1. Every manufacturer has unique technology for production of power semiconductors, which results in differences of device parameters system.
2. In order to assure the safe operation of power semiconductor devices in parallel connection without current-dividing induction coils or in case of a series connection without forced voltage division the devices of one manufacturer should be used. I.e. while mounting/repairing the semiconductor devices connected in parallel or in series it's allowed to use ONLY the devices of one and the same manufacturer.
